Le vendredi 22 mai, je suis arrêté pour défaut de plaque d'immatriculation. La police me demande le reçu de dépôt de plaque d'immatriculation. J'appelle la société chez qui j'ai acheté la moto pour m'en procurer. La contravention de la police en main.
Pendant ce temps un jeune arrêté pour CNIB illisible remet 5000 F à la police (sans reçu) et récupère sa moto.
Les faits se déroule au feu tricolore le plus proche du ministère de l'environnement à Ouagadougou.
